New: Planner (Beta)

We’ve introduced a new Planner tab to help you visualize playlist schedules across your screens.

The Planner gives you a calendar- and timeline-based view of when playlists are scheduled to run, making it easier to understand what content is playing, where it’s playing, and how schedules overlap over time.

You can find the it by opening Planner from the navigation sidebar in the CMS:

What you can do with the Planner:

• View all scheduled playlists in one place
• See schedules laid out in calendar or timeline views
• Switch between day, week, and month views (timeline view)
• Distinguish between ongoing playlists and date range playlists
• Filter, group, and sort playlists to focus on specific screens or setups

The Planner is currently in early beta and is designed as a view-only tool. Playlist creation and scheduling are still managed from the Playlists page, and any changes made there will automatically appear in the Planner.
