Fugo v2.31 adds dashboard connections, cropping and scrolling
Fugo v2.31 lets you add dashboards through your connected accounts and crop or scroll them, and the Screens page can show more about each screen at a glance. This post also rolls up v2.30.0 and v2.30.1, including SCIM provisioning on the Enterprise plan, clearer YouTube items and a few fixes.
Add dashboards through your connections
Dashboards now use the accounts you've connected to Fugo, and Fugo flags a connection when its sign-in stops working.

- Workspace admins manage connections in Settings > Account > Connections.
- On the Dashboards page, click Add dashboard.
- Choose the dashboard type and account (not needed for public URLs), then paste the URL.
- If a sign-in expires, Fugo shows how many dashboards can't update, with a Reconnect button.
For more on dashboards, see the Dashboards Overview.
Crop a dashboard and make it scroll
After a cloud dashboard's next successful update, crop it to the part you want and let tall pages scroll, so the important part fills your screen.

- Select a dashboard on the Dashboards page, click Edit and scroll to Display.
- Select Crop and drag over the screenshot.
- Turn on Scroll. Fugo scrolls down and back up within the item's duration.
See resolution and properties on the Screens page
The Screens table can show each screen's device resolution and your custom properties as columns, which saves you tracking them by hand.

- Go to the Screens page and switch to the table view.
- Click Columns and turn on the ones you want. The resolution columns are hidden by default.
For more on managing screens, see the Screens Overview.
See when a screen is in power saving
Screens with a power saving schedule show a leaf icon that turns green during the power saving window. If a screen is blank while its leaf is green, it's resting, not broken.
- Find the leaf on the Screens page, next to the name in the table or in the corner of the preview in the grid.
- Hover over it to see the off and on times.
Uploads keep going when you move around Fugo
Once you've clicked Add to media library, uploads carry on when you go to another page or close the Upload media window, so you can keep working while large files finish.
- Click the uploads status in the sidebar to see progress.
- Failed uploads are listed first, and you can retry or dismiss each one.
For more on uploading, see the Media Overview.
Set up user provisioning (SCIM) from your SSO settings
Available on the Enterprise plan. Workspace admins can get the SCIM base URL and token that Okta or Microsoft Entra ID needs, so your identity provider can create and manage Fugo accounts for you.
- Go to Settings, then the Single sign-on tab in the Team section, and scroll to User provisioning (SCIM). The section appears once SSO is set up.
- Copy the SCIM base URL and click Generate token.
- Copy the token straight away, as Fugo shows it only once. You can rotate or revoke it from the same section.
For the Okta and Entra ID steps, see Set up user provisioning (SCIM) with Okta or Entra ID.
See which YouTube video is which in your playlists
YouTube items show the video's poster when Fugo can get one and are named YouTube followed by the video's title, which makes them easy to tell apart. You'll see them in the playlist builder and on the Playlists page.

New uploads appear first in the Design Studio
Files you upload in the Design Studio appear first among your files in the Uploads tab, ready to use straight away.
- Open a design and select the Uploads tab.
- Use Sorted by to change the order of older files.
For more on uploading in designs, see the Design Studio Overview.
Fixes
- In the playlist builder, the per-video Enable audio switch is back, Rotation reaches your screens and Fit & Scale only offers options your screens support.
- Saving a dashboard's settings no longer disconnects it from its connection and stops its updates.
- A screen's Activity tab shows its player command history again. Open a screen from the Screens page, click Edit and select Activity.
