🚀 New: Triggers are here (Beta)

Fugo avatar
Shared by Fugo • December 02, 2025
Image #1

We’ve just launched Triggers - a new way to push content to your screens in real time.

Unlike playlists or scheduled content, which run on a loop, a Trigger is an automated rule that listens for an event in one of your connected tools. When that event happens, Fugo instantly fires the content you’ve set - whether it’s a dynamically generated message, Design Studio slide, or media asset - to your TV screens.

Right now, Triggers support HubSpot, so you can set alerts for deal updates, pipeline changes, or new contacts and see them appear on your screens the moment they happen.

You’ll also notice a few other Triggers we’re cooking up, along with the Manual Triggers (rebranded from "Priority Takeover" playlists). That’s the takeover feature you know and love, just in case you were wondering where it went.

We’re looking for businesses using HubSpot to test this feature and share feedback. In return, you’ll receive a reduced rate when it moves from beta to live 😎

⚡ Calling all builders: Work with the Fugo MCP

Fugo avatar
Shared by Fugo • December 02, 2025

We’re opening access to the Fugo MCP - our orchestration layer for connecting business systems to your screens in real time.

If you’ve ever had to wait on us to build a custom integration before showing something new on screen, this is your chance to skip the wait. The MCP gives you the tools to:

  • Listen for events from your systems (think Salesforce, Bullhorn, Zendesk, HubSpot, Power BI, etc.)
  • Keep workspace context (goals, screen groups, preferences)
  • Push updates to screens instantly

It’s early, and it’s not a plug-and-play feature. You’ll need the technical chops to wire it up - but you’ll also get the freedom to make your screens react to whatever matters most in your day. And we'll help you along the way!

We’re officially opening up the beta program for our new AI features & we’re looking for testers!

This is your chance to get early access to Fugo’s upcoming automation tools, built to make your screens more dynamic, more responsive, and more in sync with what’s happening in your business.

What we're building towards (and what you'll test):

🧠 AI agents for screen content

Use natural language prompts to generate or update on-screen slides - think: “Show today’s closed deals from Salesforce” or “Create a slide celebrating our top support rep this week.”

⚙️ Event-based screen automation

Connect your favorite tools to Fugo and set triggers that update screens when business events happen - like a new contract signed or a support ticket resolved.

📊 Live dashboards, simplified

Test smarter workflows for displaying dashboards that don’t just refresh on schedule - they respond when key metrics change.

What we're asking of you:

  • Be open to testing new workflows and UI
  • Share feedback directly with our product team
  • Use the features in real-world scenarios (even small-scale!)
  • Help us prioritize what to refine, fix, and launch

What you’ll get:

Early access to new AI features as they roll out

Direct line to our product team to share feedback and shape development

A head start on building smarter screen workflows for your team

Influence over roadmap priorities before public launch

Discounted pricing when the features are released publicly

This is a collaborative beta - not a polished product preview. We want to build this with you, not just for you.
